From 21st March - 6th April Manta welcomes Chef Ntinos Fotinakis from renowned Athens’ restaurant Bungalow 7 for an exclusive Greek culinary takeover, bringing the spirit of a Greek summer to Sydney. Get ready to experience the generosity and warmth of true Greek dining, with a menu designed to transport you to a lively seaside taverna.
Guests will experience a menu that stays true to the authenticity of Greek cuisine while incorporating local influences—classic grilling techniques, slow-braised dishes, and citrus-forward flavours—elevated by premium Australian seafood and fresh seasonal produce.
With Manta’s stunning harbourside setting as the backdrop, this is a one-of-a-kind dining experience that you won’t find anywhere else in Sydney. Expect surprise dishes, personalised welcomes and tableside finishes by Fotinakis himself.
