Join us for our Tasmanian Dinner as we explore through taste the incredible produce that comes from Australia’s southern island.

Tasmania’s exceptional food and wine offering springs from the island’s pristine water and pure air. Growers and makers are able to utilize these elements, offering some of the world’s most impressive wines and native produce.

Tasmania’s international culinary reputation is well deserved. The island state produces an astonishing array of excellent produce, from premium meats and oysters to cheese and honey pairings, and of the classic Tasmanian Pinot Noir. The cool climate, mild summers, and long autumn days are perfect for cool-climate winemaking.

The menu is designed by our team emerging Sous Chef Aaron Ella who has recently returned from his trip to Tasmania. He was inspired by the incredible produce on offer, from the mountains and out to sea. As he tasted his way through the region, one wine and cheese pairing at a time, he discovered the delectable produce that comes with such a forageable landscape.
