At Manta, our focus has always been to showcase Australia’s best seafood and give it space to shine by creating dishes that highlight, rather than obscure their superiority.

Owner Rob Rubis decided the best way to do this was to purchase Fishermen’s Wharf, Nelson Bay’s finest fishmonger, ensuring the best seafood caught each day could be delivered to Manta within 24-hours.

Our Port Stephens Seafood Dinner in May will give you the chance to taste the finest seafood over five courses for $125 per person. The menu will be curated by our chefs on the day depending on what Rob and his team of fishermen catch that morning.
