Together with Executive Chef Daniel Hughes, we work to bring our diners a perfect marriage of outstanding produce and the best of local and international wines. Daniel places huge emphasis on fresh produce and, as with the seafood and meat, he knows the exact source of everything that passes through the Manta kitchen – from the potatoes through to the chocolate.

Steve Heatherington | Head Chef

Steve joined Manta as Chef de partie and has worked passionately alongside the Executive Chef, Daniel Hughes. Steve has always been forward thinking with his menu choices and after Manta’s full refurbishment, his fresh approach to Manta’s menu sees the appointment as Head Chef as a much deserved one.
