With a seafood industry expert speaking at the dinner, guests are invited to learn about the seafood industry and enjoy the specially curated menu with matching wines, while they take in the stunning harbor and city views.

Featuring fresh Australian seafood including Great Barrier Reef fish carpaccio, Abrolhos Island scallops, South Australian Blue Swimmer crab and Port Lincoln King George whiting, the menu is bursting with variety and flavour.
