Winter Wine Dinner Series

From May to September Manta will showcase some of Australia’s top wineries along with seasonal menus created by executive chef Daniel Hughes and head chef Steve Hetherington. An themed night is planned by Manta’s sommelier Samuele Samprisi to showcase Italy with Italian wine and cusine. Keep your eyes peeled for individual information on each event coming up this winter.
