At Manta, we focus on the quality of our meat and our customers always know exactly where the meat is sourced. Our premium, home-grown beef means we deliver a farm-to-table dining experience for all of our customers, giving an unsurpassed taste that’s both quality-driven and exquisite.
Owner Rob Rubis feels passionate about the topic considering his 32 years in the hospitality industry and involvement in over 35 restaurants. “Manta prides itself on good quality produce sourced from reputable suppliers and the Rubis family property, Australia Grassfed Meats” says Rob.
AGM are producing premium grassfed, hormone free, MSA graded beef from their own properties and that of supplier farmers.
Our head chef Daniel Hughes places huge emphasis on fresh produce and, as with the seafood and meat, he knows the exact source of everything that passes through the Manta kitchen – from the potatoes through to the chocolate. ‘At Manta we are all passionate about produce. We have searched Australia to find the most unique, beautiful and local available’.
